Yoga is a complete life concept rather than a fitness class. To be able to train your mind along with your body, any open class will include
- A short meditation
- Breathing techniques
- Mudras (hand gestures using acupressure)
- Cleansing techniques
- Relaxation Phase
- Basic Sound therapy
- A decent amount of physical activity
MY STYLE
I am coming from traditional Hatha Yoga. However, I'm adjusting my teaching style to the taught level and to the scheduled times.
Morning classes are more physically challenging, energizing and centering.
Evening or afternoon classes are more relaxing and the techniques used, will help to dissolve your mind and put your body at rest.

Yoga is for everybody and every age. Flexibility is just a side effect of practicing yoga.
A successful Posture means stability, relaxation and awareness in the same time. To be able to expand our range of movement we have to respect our range of movement first.

PRECAUTIONS
I have no medical background and people with serious health issues, such as a slipped disc or a recent surgery patient should consult their doctors before doing Yoga.
For anyone with a minor health issue a personal training upfront might be just the right thing to get rid of these issues.
