YOGA Therapist & TEacher for Happiness
Driven by the idea of finding a universal concept, a kind of framework to pass on happiness and contentment to others, I began to travel the world and studied different cultures.
On my journey, I discovered the principles of TAO through martial arts. In addition to the many benefits that a fit body brings, the philosophy taught me to draw strength and power solely from within. Motivated by the successes of inner reflection, which contributes to self-discovery, I delved deeper into yoga meditation. The ability to control energies within the body through techniques like Pranayama and Mantra led to positive developments in body, thoughts, and emotions. I studied Yoga, Yoga Therapy, and Ayurveda at the Ashram Paramanad Institute of Research and Science in an Indian Ashram. The Reiki degree enables me to apply further therapeutic techniques. |
Through my Guru Dr. Omanand, I received initiation, traditionally passed on from master to student through a new name (Ma Gayatri Anand), allowing me to teach.
The training from the Ashram is certified by the Yoga Alliance RYT and internationally recognized. I am now happy to have been teaching yoga for eight years across different continents, as well as being a student of the path. |
