Chakras are energy wheels in our bodies. If one wheel gets blocked you can feel it, in specific areas of your body. This effect goes through all layers of our being. Through the physical body, through your emotions and through thinking patterns. 
In this program each session focuses on one Chakra, starting at the base, the root Chakra.
